Does anyone know the name of the novel, the hero who establishes the Blue and White Containment Organization and is able to create a containment element in order to restrict a containment being and possesses a space of awareness and does not have a system? I want the name of the novel, please.

Idk it says completed now, users can edit it so maybe it was in a brief hiatus and then the author finished it but mtl hasn’t updated it
