too much watering. just an incident .you will get protagonist view ,army view,bystander view,opponent view before and after the incident.
This is one of the few kingdom building related novels that makes sense. More over, unlike other mc that like to provoke unreasonable war just for a simple matter that could be resolved by negotiating the mc of this novel would not move a hand unless he, his people and his territory was threatened. He will let go and negotiate in a friendly manner if possible. What I like about the mc is his imperfect character. He knew what advantages and disadvantages he have and will seek opinion from his subordinates from the system. He never treated the people exchanged from the system as a puppet. He treated them like a normal people. Anyway, it's better than some cringe kingdom building that sometimes felt unreasonable but it does lack some things but it's still acceptable.
I almost c*m while reading this. The attitude of MC is the embodiment of stability and steady, unlike those fcking novels where day 1 the MC wage war every where and rely on plot armor so those powerful army does not notice them before they become stronger; the enemies comes from the weakest to strongest which is fcking ridiculous in sense of the genre itself lol. Plus points also because MC wasn't tempted to spoil some beautiful retarded women and not be controlled by his pen's, the point is the MC is rational and logical about it to the point that commenters here who said that MC is eunuchs looks like a brain dead mofos. This is what I call steady MC if I've ever seen one.
The MC's personality and goal is consistent from the start to the end, he wants steady and secured path of development, and him not wanting to go to war frenzy and unreasonably declare war is in line with his vision and principle. But when provoke, he retaliates extremely brutal and genocide. I don't understand where this so called "Coward protagonist" came from when in fact the MC is just true to himself. Also, about this comment that the MC is chinese propaganda, dude, he mentioned it once or twice because HE IS CHINESE. What do you want him to say? That he wants to be as liberate as united state or be as brutal as north korea? Wtf this people is getting overboard with this Chinese insulting BS that it ruined a lot of good novels for me, these commenters. I know there are a lot of Chinese propaganda in alot of novels in this site, but people are starting to label novels as racist because the author is CHINESE in Chinese novels LMAO.
