4. 300ch in. I feel some of the criticisms are exaggerated. Sure the story is set up so the mc meets Sayu before she prostitutes herself to live. Is that such a bad thing? At least I don’t think it deserves all the prejudice. As for the rest, we’ll the pacing is bad, even for slice of life. It has been 300ch before one heroine is resolved. The author acknowledges this but I doubt it will change much. Also, characters and interactions are clearly a copy paste of japanese anime. I.e. they work in a cartoon but not so much in a novel and much of it will go over your head unless you read it like an anime. Overall, it can get boring to the point I am skipping chapters to move along the plot. And the characters/interactions are a poor copy of anime. However, if you like anime a lot and don’t mind the pacing you will probably enjoy some of this. I do recommend skipping some stuff if you get bored though. You won’t miss much.
