Interesting plot but goes down hill fast. To start he is mediocre in skill but advanced in diagnosis, gets a system and his skills shoot up. Everything is ok so far but starts crumbling when he a novice does basic things and solves complicated problems. Preggo woman fainted and multi directors scratching their heads? He solves it by asking basic questions from the family. You know things that should have already been asked but everyone decides to just stare at the unconscience woman like she will wake up and tell em. That episode x 50 is this story. The author downgrades all doctors around mc to make the mcs basic solutions see like genius. But you know I can tolerate that since he has to work to get ex to upgrade. What kills it though? The FL. 3rate singer rents from him, calls him late t night because her dumbass left her keys inside nd she is locked out of the whole community [she doesnt know he is the landlord just thinks he is real estate since he showed her the place] they met only twice before this and she is already calling him for help. Next her dumbass gets into another sticky situation where she needs to bail so she once again messages him for help. Of course he races of to save the damsel. Listens to her cry how unfair the worl is that just being good at singing isnt getting her promoted. Yes she is stupid and naive go figure. Drunk again and crying dumb mc offers to pay off her debt and buy her album for 5 million so she can start over. Does he have this money? No but he has real estate that he is willing to throw away to save this "delicate flower". To sum up, she cried innocent and naive that not selling her body drove her to a dead end but then turns to a promising doctor and sells her body to be pampered and taken care of. Gee hypocrite much? I despise this FL. mC barely knows her, knows she is pretty aand can sing and decides he will go broke to make her happy as she crys "im just a weak woman and can't survive" yes she uses the poor me im a weak small delicate women and need a man to help me walk or I will twist my ankle, if you don't help me take a sip of water. I will drown in my tea cup. The MC of course is a simp for it. If this gets better I have no idea. To many negatives for me just past 120 chapters.

5 star for medical knowledge and skill but for everything else 2 star. So a 3 star rating from me. The plot is quite good, but somehow anytime there are problems or he is angry with someone they somehow get it trouble and he then looks at it and say they deserve it. There is also a case where people are simply dropped in his lap due to multiple co-incident and it is happy for ever. The story is good, but Mc character and plot is rotten. He isn’t unlovable but him trying to justify his actions make him very hard to follow.
