Yo! I really thought Hasting was mind-controlled by the zerg all the time. Turned out I was wrong lol
Read up to 80 something (not here tho). There was romance that I was missing lately although it was subtle and very vague on ML part. It brings enough butterfly. Honest butterflies. There were random interaction with other characters but I don't know why they feel lacking. Oh yes, because the sense of camaderie was overthrown by the fact of total trust MC have on ML to a point, others wasn't even a factor anymore. They didn't spare the villain either. Mainly I miss the plot points, another thing the lack of goals is really something. Complacent. It's like the aim is not high so the road is smooth enough to make my interest slip by.
Guys please help me find the title, this novel has several arcs and from all of them I only remember the arc where the MC transmigrated into someone who used to be helped by ML when he was little and then decided to join the ML's sect. The ML is a clan leader of a demonic cult and if we read from the original plot of the world before the MC transmigrated, the ML was obsessed with a woman (oh and of course the MC was the one who ended up with the ML). From what I remember, later the MC would take part in a competition which in the end he was chosen to be the ML's subordinate by the ML
I found a novel like that but it's not an arc but a novel but the story is like that he becomes a subordinate of the person he rescued and secretly likes him but the person he likes likes the female protagonist of the novel in the end his love will still be a secret love until the person he likes dies he takes revenge but also dies finally the person he likes is reborn with memory but he has no memory finally his secret love starts. Changed

This sounds like the first arc of 'Holding onto My Man', but the ML wasn't in love with a woman but a man before and in the end he ends up with the MC
Im starving of scifi mecha novels... But yaoi... Ah fk it, ill auto change their names to somewhat girly and taday yuri... Maybe
