Résumé du Roman
Locke est officier intermédiaire dans l'armée du royaume de Faustian. Il se trouve au mauvais endroit au mauvais moment, ou au bon endroit au bon moment, selon votre point de vue, et arrive à sauver la princesse du royaume. Comme la fortune l'aurait, l'amour prospère, mais dans un monde de paysannerie et de noblesse, un soldat médiocre d'origine paysanne n'a pas le droit d'aimer une princesse. Locke n'est cependant pas déterminée, et se propose de devenir quelqu'un digne d'aimer la princesse, quelqu'un que sa famille peut accepter. Mais ce chemin n'est ni court, ni sûr, comme le découvrira bientôt notre héros.

Magicians are more powerful than knights only from a long distance, while in close combat the magicians are destroyed.
