*SIGH* Was it a pain to read? Yes. Was it worth going through the jumbles of MTL? I'll say yes, but I'm a tad too unreconciled with the sudden scene cut during the final battle!!! I wanted to read those thrilling bloodshed the most! *Sigh* ML is not your regularly served cold ML, he's almost like a male-wife except his a bit more fiery for that (successfully preserving his male dignity XD) and FL ...I WOULD MARRY HER ANYTIME! AHH! I ship her with Hu Qing first since I love foxy attitude XD ( I was initially annoyed/hating at ML because he seems so immature and pretty much a waste lol) BUT MAN, THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT IS IMMACULATE. Both protagonists grew up, and I love it. I would rate it along 4.4/5.0
A very good read indeed. Agreed that the MTL sucks and am thankful I could manage the raw/Mandarin version. I love all the characters and was touched/cried at some parts. I skipped over to another website when the chapter 84 was a repeat of 83. https://www.zhenhunxiaoshuo.com/39435.html
