Wow, a sci-fi Omegaverse that actually dug deeper into the worldbuilding instead of just going straight into the pulpy route, wonder of wonders. It's a nice read with a solid plot and interesting characters. The MC even starts the story with a degree of gender dysphoria, unused to the new gender division of her new universe and apathetic to her own life at the beginning while she tries to drown herself to learn everything mechanical. Under the ML's genteel façade is a cold determination and ruthless cunning to tear apart the walls and chains that bounds an omega to be a passive partner and breeder. He's here to upend the hierarchy and he's taking no prisoners. The MC plans her escape from the noble circle while helping the ML to survive between his dangerous plans. Unlike most alphas in this genre, she didn't even bother being a hotshot mecha pilot ace. A nice read when I'm bored of overused clichés.
Its a great novel and their romance is not a typical first sight in love novel. The characters have development and do not have instant golden finger but they seems to work for it mostly mc. The end is abit abrupt, I actually want them to have a children huhuhu, like how WL will take care of YY if he get pregnant it must be funny interaction LMAO.
This is my first time reading an omegaverse themed story with 'gender' swapping. aka normal, not yaoi. Really, I thought, it's not that bad. I was very lucky to meet a story that gave me a good impression on my first reading. sad. what impressed me the most was their relationship of trusting each other, depending on each other at the end of the scene, the star ship. hope that i will find the same story (gender reversal) with amazing plot again. Recommended reading this. Although, maybe some are not too satisfied with the ending, and want another additional scene (Fanwai).❤️👏🏻👍🏻
