Ugh... girl can't get no slack. How many times can one be poisoned, slapped, kidnapped in a lifetime ⁉️⁉️ Even in a novel this can't be happening so frequently, right? FL is so unlucky. 😥😥😥 I already feel exhausted. I need a relaxing 🛀 and 🛌 for a while.

Finally finished with difficulty. This book didn't leave me with happy feelings at all. In fact, I actually feel suffocated. It's a HAPPY ENDING, don't worry. It's just that both main characters, one is unluckier than the other. So many bad stuff happening to FL, who doesn't even have the strength to bind a chicken let alone protect herself. The only "goldfinger" she has, if you can even call it that, is her knowledge of some important events in her previous life that helped her and ML to avoid more unlucky things from happening to them. That said, with that puny strength and skill that she has, she was able to "pay back" the people who have shown her kindness in her previous life. What can I say about the ML? I wanted to dislike him because when disasters happen to FL, he usually benefits from it BUT he is also tied up in his own issues. Sigh, really the unluckiest protagonists I've ever read. The story isn't thaaaat bad but I should have quit it earlier on hahaha. I feel like the author lost a bet and had to make a story based on two tricks - poisoning and kidnapping which he had to cram in as many times as possible.

What's with the nicknames? One character is known as the green-faced evil spirit & another is the jade-faced Yama (Ch. 94). I'm envious. I want to be known as the stone-faced pebble until I can think of a better alias. ╮(＾▽＾)╭
