1. The storytelling is crap, the author loves switching povs without pause. The continuity of the scene is fucked up, the MC forgets details from a few chapters back and becomes the focus of the botched up mystery. The author is confusing himself.

He also likes to jump into flashbacks to fuck the flow even more, one scene you found a dead body and call the others then the next paragraph you're drinking coffee and lamenting boredom while everyone is running around looking for the missing person. Going back and forth like a pirated dvd from china

Most of the npc have selective stupidity, they just ignore verbal cues and leads to continue doing their roles despite the fact that the author implied that it was a real scenario and not a dumb blonde plasma horror script. The mc never took initiative to influence the dialogue despite being in character. The theme is a "reincarnation theatre" but it is more like chinese bad trash script drama.TLDR: Everyone plays stupid because the author lacks the ability to write a decent scene.
